Patricia O'Connor learned for herself that to be successful we must overcome the internal barriers we all have to achieving authentic joy and freedom. She works with her clients to "cleanse away" the limiting beliefs and other obstacles that keep them stuck in toxic relationships. Then she teaches them the tools necessary to move forward.

Empowerment is not simply a matter of learning how to have more-though it is, at least in part, a matter of learning how to create what it is you want. Pat will direct you through a series of exercises that will uncover what you desire and show you how you can support yourself in fulfilling your dreams.

During the past 15 years, Patricia has given seminars and advised people all over the United States on achieving authentic empowerment. She has combined her skills in financial planning (earned during her many years as a Chartered Financial Consultant) and in personal coaching (she is a Certified Empowerment Life Coach) to serve the Human Resources staff at Colgate University, young engineers at General Electric, the CEOs of a corporate training business, the managing editor of a mass market magazine, the CEO of an architectural firm in New Orleans, psychologists in private practice, a best-selling author of romance novels, talk radio show host, and a range of other clients.
