I who was born in Bronx, NYC.  My mother was Irish, Catholic and my father was Jewish, which I consider an important part of who I am and what I have become. I started from a very young age to see the similarities in people instead of the differences.  This has shaped my understanding of spiritual beliefs in as much as I see the similarities of thought systems.

I worked for a large financial institution for many years as a financial advisor and hated the pressure of having to produce at certain levels.  That, coupled with a personal trauma of a difficult divorce, set me up to look for a better way to look at the world.  The way I was looking at things was leading to my unhappy death.

On that journey, in 1990, I found The Empowerment Workshop led by David Gershon and Gail Straub and my life shifted. 
I started applying the Empowerment method to all that I did. It was a process that slowly but surely, changed my life and I started breaking through limits that I had previously, unconsciously, set up for myself. 

That process continues in my life to this day, because, “you’re never done”!
