Training Deloitte Is Awesome!
Out of all the people I have trained over the years, I find that working with Deloitte it a pleasure. Not only do they want to learn they are excited and i can actually see Improvement based on what I have shown them.
I am going back in a couple of weeks to train the middle managers how to handle customer service rep stress.
